The Presidential Youth Fitness Program be offered again this year through the Lower School Physical Education Department by Coach Gonzalez.The program will evaluate aerobic capacity, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and body composition. Students are asked to attend all six sessions from 3:00 - 3:45pm on the following dates:
October 23rd
October 25th
January 29th
January 31st
April 2nd
April 4th
If your child is interested in participating, please return the lower portion of this form to the main office by Friday October 19th. Students should wear comfortable clothes, athletic shoes and bring a water bottle.
