Bring Your Parents to Church (Episcopal School Sunday) was amazing! I want to thank some people, in particular, for their extra effort and help as we pulled this service together.
Our readers Charlie Coughlin (grade 3) and Graham Resavage (grade 5) for their time and effort. You did an amazing job!
Thank you to Ian Efthim (grade 4) for serving as the crucifer at the service and Peyton Cole (grade 1) for creatively choosing a horse and rider to put in the surprise box for the children's sermon.
Ms. Jennifer Thrasher and the fifth grade choir for all of their work in preparing and performing the music for Sunday. You made some beautiful music and I thank you for your hard work and lovely voices.
Mr. Andy Nathan for helping with music preparation.
A Special thanks to Amelia Jones and Kate Bulloch, Middle School students, for their artwork which was used to design the bulletin cover (Amelia) and the facebook and email ad (Kate) to promote Bring your Parents to Church Sunday. Your willingness to produce such lovely art on short notice is greatly appreciated. Thank you both.
Thanks also to Ms. Amy Vernon and Mrs. Grady for helping to make the artwork opportunity happen.
Thank you to Mr. Klekamp, Ms. Hagen, Ms. Proctor and the Church and School Committee for their input and advice in preparing this service and everyonewho has helped in many big and small ways to bring all the pieces of this event together.
